Pupils get Creative with Ceramics

Silence filled the hall this week as some of the pupils participated in a pottery workshop – concentration etched on their faces as they painted pieces, some of which were chosen as gifts for their Mums and Dads.

One pupil said: “I like painting the pottery, it’s really calming and satisfying. I am painting a surprise for my Mum in her favourite colours.”

Kirsty, from craft workshop experts “Made in Sutton” who led the workshop was full of praise for the group saying “The children have been totally absorbed in the painting, their creativity has shone through and they have produced some beautiful pieces.”

‘Thank you very much for all the help and support you have given our daughter. The Link is a great school and our decision to send our daughter here was the best decision we made.”
